It's an' EAR SYRINGE!

Ear syringes direct a gentle flow of water or other liquid into the outer ear to wash out dirt, excess wax, or small objects that may have become stuck in the ear.

This one was used by a doctor in Napanee, Ontario in the 1930s. You may see a very similar looking syringe at your own doctor's office ' the design of metal ear syringes hasn't changed very much in the last hundred years.
